Eligibility

Residents of the United States age 9 to 13 are eligible to enter the Safest Kid in America Video Contest 2008.

Deadline

- Your video must be uploaded to the contest Internet address prior to midnight Pacific Standard Time on April 25, 2008.

- The Safe America Foundation is not responsible for any failure of the video uploading process. Note: Directions for submitting your video are below.

Video Guidelines

- Your video must deal with a safety topic.
- Your video must present its message in a positive manner. No videos that show unsafe behavior, even though instructing the viewer "Do NOT do this.., " will not be considered.
- Your video should be one minute or less in length.
- Your video becomes the property of the Safe America Foundation and may be used by the Foundation without compensation in whatever manner the foundation deems suitable and appropriate.

How to Submit Your Video

- Create a name for your video. This is how your video will be identified throughout the contest.
- Before you upload your video, send an Email to Safe America Safe America Foundation that provides the name of your video, your name, age, date of birth and telephone number.
- Upload your completed video to the Safest Kid in America Contest on YouTube. CLICK HERE.

Judging

Entries will be judged on creativity, development of a safety message and age-level video proficiency.
The Grand Prize winner will be notified by Email and phone call no later than April 30, 2008.
